2. Purposes and legal basis
We process your personal data for the following purposes:

3. Data we collect
If you write to us by email or WhatsApp: your name, email or phone number, if you choose to provide them voluntarily, and the content of your message. If you accept analytics/advertising cookies: browsing data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.
4. Retention period
Business contact data is kept for as long as the pre-contractual or contractual relationship lasts, and for up to 1 year after the last contact if no project is ultimately agreed. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's default retention period (Google Analytics 4: 14 months; Meta Pixel: per Meta's policy).
5. Recipients and international transfers
For the analytics and advertising purposes described above, we work with the following data processors:
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4)
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel)
- Cloudflare, Inc. (Web Analytics — no personal data)
These providers may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where the provider is certified, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to proyectos@weautomate.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your ID document. If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with applicable regulations, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Minors
This site is not directed at minors under 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures in line with the state of the art to protect your data, including encrypted connection (HTTPS) and minimisation of the information collected.
